Charles M. Forman Named President of New Jersey Bankruptcy Lawyers Foundation
(February 6, 2014, Paramus, NJ): It was announced that Charles M. Forman has been named President of the New Jersey Bankruptcy Lawyers Foundation (NJBLF). NJBLF is a not for profit organization committed to providing assistance, including financial support, to persons who have gone through the bankruptcy system. Mr. Forman has been an active member of the organization since its founding ten years ago.
“During its ten years, the NJBLF has given direct awards to the most unfortunate of the unfortunate who come through our bankruptcy system in New Jersey,” said Mr. Forman. “More than 750 people during that ten year period have received direct assistance totaling well over $350,000, most of which is the direct result of the caring and generosity of bankruptcy professionals in New Jersey. Going forward we are looking to expand the programs and the services provided by the NBLF, and I am truly fortunate to be able to lead the Foundation in that direction as the new President. This is an organization that I feel very passionately about and I look forward to continuing the legacy of the Presidents who preceded me.”
