Charles M. Forman Appointed to the Panel of Mediators for the United States Bankruptcy Court District of New Jersey
(September 24, 2014 – Paramus, NJ) – The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey added Charles M. Forman…to its Panel of Mediators. Mr. Forman is now eligible to serve as a mediator for the Court’s Mediation Program.
“It is an honor to be selected to the Panel of Mediators for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey,” notes Charles Forman. “It is an opportunity for me to help litigants, including businesses and individuals, to resolve their sometimes complicated bankruptcy issues.”
Charles M. Forman is a widely respected leader of bankruptcy law in the region with more than 30 years of experience as attorney for debtors and creditors in addition to his service as a trustee appointed by the United States Justice Department and as attorney for numerous other trustees. Mr. Forman has overseen more than 15,000 Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases, including many of the most complex cases that have been filed in this region during the past two decades.
